GKT SCHOOL OF 2012 Graduation Ball

Dear Final years,

We are delighted to inform you that you may now purchase tickets for the Graduation Ball (2nd July) online via the KCLSU tickets website. Included in the price of the ticket we have: 

A champagne reception at St Thomas' hospital with a whole year professional photo
Transport to the Honourable Artillery Club
A further reception and 3 course meal with dancing until 1am
Afterparty at Kanaloa club on the way back to London Bridge

There are separate tickets available for either the 'alcoholic' package (with 2 champagne receptions and wine on the table) or the 'non-alchoholic' package (with soft drink alternatives) available here.

You will be able to pick up your personalised ticket on the day at the St.Thomas' reception with the use of your email confirmation. Guests are welcome, although priority will go to members of Final Year.

We will be sorting your food preferences and tables in the wake of finals. However, if you would like any more information, then feel free to drop us an email. The caterer we are using will be providing halal food at The HAC.

Please note that in the highly unlikely event that you do not pass, we will be able to refund your grad ball ticket in full (minus the 70p booking fee).
