MedSoc presents one of the most important and prestigious social events in our GKT medical degree.

As tradition dictates MEDSOC are hosting a fantastic black-tie event to celebrate reaching the huge ‘once in a lifetime’ milestone that is halfway to qualifying (or near enough if you’re intercalating).

The annual GKT Halfway Dinner will take place on

To be hosted at the lovely riverside location of Hilton Docklands with fabulous views across the Thames of Canary Wharf

Tickets are £65 and will include:

*Champagne Reception*

*Three course Dinner*

*1/2 bottle wine per person*

*DJ & Entertainment*

Guests are more than welcome to attend

TICKETS ARE NOW ON SALE ONLY UNTIL 10TH FEBURARY AT KCLSU DESKS AND HERE

Tickets are limited due to the size of the venue so please don’t leave buying tickets to the last minute as you will be disappointed!

NB/IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Once you have purchased your ticket please email gkthalfway2012@gmail.com with your name in the subject heading. IT IS IMPORTANT YOU DO THIS!! The reason shall be revealed on the night..! 

If you are bringing a guest please send an additional (separate) email with their name in the subject heading.

If you have any special dietary requirements please email and we will respond as soon as we can, also, we are looking into having alternate drink options to the wine and champagne reception but in order to do so I require an idea of how many people would prefer a non-alcoholic drink option (there would unfortunately be no reduction in ticket price for this option) so please indicate if you would prefer this option in your email.
